In this case, design and construction work are often executed in parallel, which gives the Contracting Authority a significant time gain. We have a well-established network of partners to perform the design works, of which the activities are coordinated by our design project manager in cooperation with the Contracting Authority. A method in which a construction company, with its construction experience, already enters into planning and design work, provides the Contracting Authority with optimal solutions for the construction of the building.
