The construction works of the Jõhvi Park Center under construction by Vilcon Ehitus has reached a stage where there is a lot of buzz – maintenance, facade and interior work are in full swing and the final goal is already underway. A modern centre, which includes retail shops space, a cinema and restaurants, opens its doors to visitors already before Christmas. This is the largest project in the history of Vilcon Ehitus, with over 22,000 m2 of floor space and more than 50 different merchants. The park’s biggest tenants include the department store Maksimarket and the clothing store H&M, and CCC, one of Europe’s largest shoe stores.

We are pleased that we as well have been present in the process of designing this building, and thanks to our flexible and professional team, the cooperation with the Contracting Authority has been excellent.
