On Friday, November 29, the largest shopping and leisure center in the Jõhvi and Kohtla-Järve region was opened. Several of the largest shops, restaurants and service companies in the region opened their doors in the center. The biggest event of the last decade in the region began with the cutting of a festive ribbon and culminated with a big concert in the parking lot of the Park Center, where performers from Estonia, Russia and Sweden performed. The center will be opened with fully rented premises. The total area of the the Park Center is 23,000 m2. The center is conveniently located on one floor and all parking is solved with aboveground parking in front of the building. Among others, international chains such as H&M, New Yorker, CCC, Takko Fashion and Pepco are represented in the Park Center. The exterior of the building is modern, where the entire facade of the center is designed with different colored LED lights and screens, which makes the building visually vibrant and attractive. The idea for the interior design comes from the Jõhvi promenade used in the yard, which leads people to the new center. In the interior, the motif of the promenade, which started from the outside, continues in spacious galleries, being articulated with street lamps and park benches. The interior design is light and airy.
The developer of the center is Jõhvi Park Arendus Kaubandus OÜ. The center was built by Vilcon Ehitus and co-financed by Luminor and Coop Pank. The architects of the building are AB Luhse and Tuhal and Proge OÜ. The interior architecture was performed by Ruutu6. The commercial consultant and broker was Dream Centers OÜ.
We thank all our partners for their great work.
With that, 2019 has come to a strong and significant end for Vilcon Ehitus, and we can proudly say that we are richer with a huge amount of experience.
