We started construction work for Capital Mill on the Repston production building off St. Petersburg Road, Liiva village at 32 Härma tee.

The new production building of Repston OÜ, a metalwork and customized furniture producing company that received the cornerstone on July 4, 2019, will be filled with the latest cutting-edge technology. It is a modern, approximately 4000m2 production building with 3,400m2 of production space and 600m2 of office and accommodation space. The plant will be completed in early spring of 2020.

This is the first collaboration project between Vilcon Ehitus and Capital Mill, and it is our true pleasure to work with a professional real estate developer. Capital Mill controls a number of highly valued commercial buildings in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and we are looking forward to a continuously smooth cooperation in the future.
