The traditional topping out party for the new factory took place on November 10th, 2019 in the afternoon, where the architect Anders Jaano involved in the construction of the building was invited, and Capital Mill, Vilcon Ehitus and Repston representatives. The goal is to make customized metalwork in the new building.
“Generally, the construction has proceeded very well: we have tried to be as flexible as possible and to meet the needs of the Contracting Authority. At this point I would like to congratulate the Contracting Authority, since the cooperation has been extremely friendly and reasonable, which has rendered everything run smooth,” commented Indrek Saar, Manager of Vilcon Ehitus OÜ.
The building to be built will be lively and modern, both in terms of modern technology, furnishings and outstanding facade lighting solutions. What is more, various plans for the new building have already been devised. The new office and production building of the real estate investment company Capital Mill OÜ will be completed by Vilcon Ehitus OÜ and the factory will be used by Repston OÜ. The construction of the building will be completed by February of 2020. After construction works will begin with the installation of the necessary machinery for metalwork, thus the building will be fully completed by spring 2020.
